OUR PRODUCTS ARE MANUFACTURED ON REQUEST IN BRITTANY.

OUR DELIVERY TIMES VARY FROM 1 TO 8 WEEKS.

You will be contacted by email as soon as your package is sent and you will receive the tracking number of your order to get informed about the proper delivery of your parcel.

DELIVERY FEES

The delivery costs are based on a DHL scale with the insurance against theft, loss, breakage ... The insurance costs 1% of the price product amount.

— Delivery in France from 48 to 72 hours: 8 € for1kg to 300€ for 100 kg

— Delivery in the European Union from 4 to 8 days: from15 € for 1kg to 600 € for 100 kg

— International delivery from 4 to 12 days: from 24 € for1kg to 600 € for100 kg

We accept other carriers on request.

POSSIBILITY OF RETURN BEFORE 14 DAYS (EXCHANGE OR REIMBURSEMENT)

You have received your products but the form or the dimensions don't suit you? No worries, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your package to ask for an exchange or a reimbursement.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To do so, the client will use a return formula received with the order which contains all the indications to proceed with the exchange or reimbursement of his product(s).

The client will have to send-back on its expenses.

If the client doesn't respect the former conditions, especially the return or exchange ones, The Mica Gallery will not have the possibility to proceed with the reimbursement of the products concerned.

WHICH DEADLINES?

At the reception of your package, we will send you an email to confirm our reception.

In the case of an exchange, this one will be treated as soon as possible according to the product availability within 15 days. However, if an object is unavailable, we will contact you and get you informed.

In a case of the reimbursement request, this one will be made during the 15 days following the reception of your articles and automatically on the bank account associated with the bank card used during the payment or on the PayPal account having served at the payment. In the case of payment by cheque or bank transfer, we will contact you to define the reimbursement support.
