An animal has taken up residence in a bow - a hidden closet, made of brass, hanging on the wall. Its rounded top half is beautifully inlayed with an embroidered owl’s head. This is not just an owl, however, it is a church-owl, magnificent and mysterious. This object is a marriage of opposites: the sheen of brass combines with the minuscule vibrations of embroidery threads and color nuances. It is a miniature curiosity cabinet in its own right.
